Meet Adjoa

May of 2025 marked ten years since I planned and designed my very first wedding — an experience that sparked a passion for event planning and design. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of creating events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of 20 guests to weddings hosting over 450 attendees. My approach is built on thoughtful design, meticulous planning, and a deep commitment to bringing each client’s vision to life.

Before entering the event industry, I worked as a travel nurse. My experience as a travel nurse taught me how to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and manage complex details — all skills I now apply to event planning. Working with diverse teams and clients sharpened my communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Most importantly, nursing taught me to lead with care and attention to detail, qualities I bring to every event I plan. Beyond my professional work, I love to explore the world alongside my husband and our three daughters. This passion does not only broadened my perspective but also enrich my creativity and appreciation for meaningful experiences, which I now bring into every event I plan. I also enjoy cooking and gardening — both creative outlets that mirror my love for hosting and hospitality. I believe every celebration deserves intention, beauty, and a personal touch, and I’m honored to help my clients create memories that last a lifetime.
